Kristi Jagels

Kristi Jagels

MPT, PRC

Originally from Sioux Falls, SD, Kristi earned her physical therapy degree from the University of South Dakota in 1994.  She practiced for three years at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Norfolk, NE.  For 11 years, she was the director of Countryside Physical Therapy in Madison, NE, an outpatient clinic within a long-term care facility.  Due to the growth of outpatient services, she opened Taylor Creek Physical Therapy in Norfolk in 2009. 

Kristi is a PRI Vision Trained Therapist, completing the Postural-Visual Integration course.  In 2012, Kristi earned the designation of Postural Restoration Certified (PRC) because of advanced training, extraordinary interest and devotion to the science of postural adaptations, asymmetrical patterns, and the influence of polyarticular chains of muscles on the human body as defined by the Postural Restoration Institute®

Kristi and her husband Gary have three children. She loves to fill her home with children, grandchildren, family and friends. Her interests include cooking flavorful meals to be enjoyed with great conversation. She practices yoga, bikes and loves the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. 

Ben Sudbeck

Ben was raised in Norfolk, NE and graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 2001. After earning a doctorate degree in physical therapy from Creighton University in 2007, he joined the Makovika/Sylliaasen Physical Therapy group. During his three years there, he helped establish clinics in Waverley and Yutan before joining Taylor Creek Physical Therapy in 2010.

Ben is certified and postural restoration and enjoys working with athletes and sports specific injuries. He also has certification to specialize in physical therapy for dancers and performers, an area of expertise that allows him to assist his sister in keeping kids healthy at their dance studio in town. Outside of work ben enjoys golfing, fishing, attending husker football games, and spending time with his family.

Amy Nielson

Amy grew up in Columbus NE and graduated from Scotus Central Catholic in 2002. After completing the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Northeast Community College in 2004, she went to work at Taylor Creek Physical Therapy. Amy strives to create a relaxed, team-oriented atmosphere during therapy sessions. She and her husband Derek have two children. Her interests include camping, attending her children’s school events and spending time with family and friends.

Ellie was raised in Norfolk and graduated from Norfolk Catholic High School in 2011. She then completed the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Northeast Community College in 2013. She gained experience in Lincoln at an orthopedic clinic before joining Taylor Creek Physical Therapy in 2017. Ellie and her husband Lucas enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, attending concerts and sporting events.

Eli grew up in Norfolk, NE. He graduated from Norfolk Senior High in 2016 and from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Northeast Community College in 2022. Eli enjoys meeting new people and making lasting memories. His hobbies include hanging out with friends and family, playing board games and card games, and playing soccer.

Office Manager

Karen lives in Madison with her husband Kyle. They have three children. They look forward to visiting their children who live out of state and enjoy spending any time with them. Karen enjoys being active with working out, riding bike and walking their dog, Frankie. “I truly enjoy seeing our patients get better and being able to live their lives fully.”
